Native Vault carefully packages each order to help ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

For U.S. orders:

Orders under $120: $6.95 standard shipping
Orders of $120 or more: Free standard shipping

Shipping options and any applicable costs will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your package's delivery.

Shipping Delays

Native Vault is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to Native Vault because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

High-Value Orders

For certain high-value jewelry purchases, Native Vault may require additional shipping protection or signature confirmation to help protect the shipment.
